What is expected from IMT 3 trainees stepping up as a registrar in their placement on AMU

Some IMT 3 colleagues have contacted me to ask what they should expect in acute medicine as a 0800 to 1600 regular job as part of their 3 or 4 month placement as a registrar. Se DGHs are not used to having a registrar on AMU and consultants have no idea. I am working as a ST5 registrar in acute internal medicine and had two 4 month placements in acute medicine and this was my rota                              MY ROTA ( TEACHING HOSPITAL) Every week Day one 0800 to 1600 on AMU My job description 1. Keeping your accommodation clean

When we come to the UK, we not only have to develop our career by getting used to the NHS and progress but also do day to day things like cleaning, cooking and managing bills.  In my home country, I had more house staff to help than there were actual people in the house - 1 gardener, 1 driver , 2 cleaning ladies, 2 cooks and we were 4 people in that house. When I came here, I realized I have to do everything on my own hence my wife and I decided to set a routine from day 1. Applying for our daughters British Passport

This is the timeline for my wife's and my ILR application: 1.Submitted ILR application online on the 5th of February 2. Biomterics on the 5th of March 3. Received email on the 17th of March that our ILR applcation is successful 4. Applying for our daughters citizenship via form MN1

 This post is about applying for my daughters citizenship via form MN1  OUR TIMELINE: We submitted the online application on the 16th of April, 2021.  We got a biometrics date for the 27th of April.  We received a letter in the post that out daughter is a British Citizen on the 30th of July, 2021 We ( my wife and I ) got our ILR as mentioned here: https://omarsguidelines.blogspot.com/2021/03/all-about-ilr-and-getting-uk.html We could then directly apply for our daughters citizenship.  We filled out the online form MN1 here: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-child-under-18-as-british-citizen-form-mn1 The form is pretty straight forward however you need to provide a reference.
